Meet our Team

As I approach my first year at Meridian, my journey has been filled with hard work, collaboration, and plenty of laughter. From meeting and gaining new clients to learning and growing alongside my team, every day brings something new and rewarding.

My career in recruitment began in 1995 after qualifying from Uni with a degree in French.  I wanted to travel the world so I did lots of temp jobs to generate some money and then like most of us, fell into recruitment. I started in medical recruitment and worked for a small start up that grew into the market leading medical recruitment company in the UK.

What I enjoy most about my role is leading, motivating, and coaching my team. I’m passionate about helping people realise their potential and achieve their goals. My team are my greatest achievement, and one of my proudest moments was being given the honour of merging our Manchester and Bingley branches. 

If I had to sum up Meridian in three words, they would be supportive, transparent, and reliable. We foster a culture where people are encouraged to prosper, share ideas, and be their authentic selves. Our commitment to compliance and high industry standards ensures we provide the best service to our clients and candidates alike. 

Outside of work, I’m an animal lover and spend most of my free time with Finn, my amazing Patterdale Terrier. I also enjoy running and am currently training for a half marathon with some of the Health team. Community is important to me, so you’ll often find me out litter-picking, running errands for the elderly, and lending a helping hand wherever I can.
