I joined Meridian in March 2024, and since then, the focus has been on showcasing just how exceptional Meridian is at solving recruitment challenges—especially in a compliance-led world.

This is really hard to say … but I’ve worked in recruitment for nearly 30 years! My journey into the industry was a happy accident. I started in the niche world of Project Management recruitment before moving into more volume-driven solutions. Along the way, I’ve built, sold, and acquired multiple recruitment businesses—and now, I’m here, helping to grow another wonderful business.

What excites me most about Meridian is knowing and seeing the potential of the business. Many companies struggle to carve out their place in a crowded market, but at Meridian, we know exactly what we’re great at—and that’s what we’re building on.

If I had to describe Meridian in three words, they’d be solid, transparent, and accomplished. We have a strong foundation, a clear way of working, and a proven track record of delivering for our clients and candidates.

I’m in that life phase where “selfish” time doesn’t really happen. Outside of work, my big passion is supporting my daughter’s journey, passions, and hobbies. I’m also Chairman of our Parish Council, where I put my experience to good use for the benefit of the community. Most importantly, I’m incredibly fortunate to have a wife who understands that, for now, everyone else comes first—but one day, we’ll finally put ourselves at the top of the list!
