Hi, I’m Sophie Blower, and I’ve been working in recruitment for over 8 years, specialising in the manufacturing, industrial, and commercial sectors. 

Based in the Taunton branch, I cover the Somerset area and have built a strong reputation for connecting top talent with the right roles. 

Whether it’s service advisors, accounts assistants, warehouse staff, or production staff, I thrive on finding the perfect match for both my clients and candidates.

In my time as a recruiter, I’ve placed a wide variety of professionals and always take a personalised approach to understand the needs of each business and the aspirations of each candidate. It’s about making meaningful connections that lead to lasting success. Recently, I’ve successfully placed roles across various industries, ensuring businesses in Somerset have the talent they need to thrive.

Outside of work, I’m an avid mountain biker and love hitting the trails for a bit of adventure. When I’m not biking, you’ll usually find me out walking with my dog, Mr. Darcy. He’s my loyal companion and keeps me company on all my outdoor excursions. 

I also have a deep appreciation for a good roast beef dinner—it’s my favourite meal—and I love winding down with a glass of red wine after a long day.
