Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities and drive growth.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and guidelines.
- Adhere to internal processes and procedures.
- Perform all duties with due diligence and attention to detail.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all client interactions.
- Motivated, self-starter with a proactive approach.
- Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively within a small, close-knit team.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an insurance-related role.
- Cert CII qualified or equivalent (preferred).
- Familiarity with Acturis is desirable but not essential.
