Meridian Business Support are looking for an experienced Administrator to support our client on an on-going basis within the Transport Team based in: Aston Clinton, Aylesbury (HP22).
 
This is a Temporary role, that offers:
  • £12.93 – Hourly Rate
  • Monday – Friday – shift pattern
  • 16:00 – 00:00 – shift time
  • Weekly Pay
  • Free on-site parking & great facilities
 
As an Administrator, you will be working in the transport team and will be responsible for the delivery & driver tracking excel sheets ensuring they are accurate and up to date at all times, allowing for effective operational decisions to be made and also to support you in communicating out to internal and external stakeholders.
 
We are looking for you to have strong Excel skills, enabling you to navigate data entry, possible formula creating and optimising, alongside effective verbal and written communication skills.
 
Administrator – Experience & Attributes:
  • Exceptional administration skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills, able to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to pick up new systems quickly and a desire to continuously learn.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
 
Would also suit: Admin, Administrator, Assistant, Office, call handler, customer service, advisor, transport admin, fleet admin, data entry clerk

The location of the job is inAston Clinton, Aylesbury (HP22) and you will need to be able to get to this location on your own accord – there is a free car park available and Aylesbury (HP22) train station is a 15 minute drive away.
