Meridian Business Support are delighted to be working with an expert in vehicle servicing, MOT’s and repairs with sites nationwide to recruit for an Assistant Manager in their Hoddesdon branch.

The role of an Assistant Manager is to work alongside the Centre Manager to provide effective management and leadership of our clients quick fit operations.

The ideal candidate would have previously qualified as a Level 3 Technician and/or MOT Tester and previous hands-on experience as your time will be divided between the workshop and assisting the Centre Manager.

Main responsibilities:
  • Help manage daily operations, including workflow scheduling and resource allocation
  • Assist in overseeing repair and maintenance tasks to meet quality standards and deadlines
  • Interact with customers, addressing questions, complaints, and concerns
  • Provide service estimates, explain repair work, and maintain positive customer experience
  • Assist in supervising technicians and support staff, including training and scheduling
Salary and benefits:

Up to £34,000 per year depending on qualifications and experience plus individual performance and quarterly bonuses
