Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality mental health care to patients.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of nurses, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualised care plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Administer medications and monitor patients' responses to treatment.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Promote mental health awareness and education within the team and community.
- Handle administrative duties, including staff scheduling and performance evaluations.
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with current registration.
- Significant experience in mental health nursing.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
