Meridian Business Support are delighted to be working with one of the UK's leading providers of behavioural care and specialist support services to recruit for a HR Administrator.

The post holder will assist in the recruitment and selection process for site, along with carrying out all pre and post-employment checks to ensure that recruitment is legal and safe and meets regulatory standards.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process for site
  • Carrying out all pre and post-employment checks to ensure that recruitment is legal and safe and meets regulatory standards
  • Arranging inductions for new staff and ensure that all staff are compliant in training
  • Handle internal and external queries in relation to employment and conditions of service
  • Administering company human resources policies and processes and maintaining records in line with statutory requirements
To be successful as a HR and Finance Administrator, you’ll need:

-Educated to A level or equivalent
-Excellent typing skills
-Confident with Microsoft packages
-Excellent communication skills 
-Problem solving skills
-Able to organise and prioritise work load

Desirable:

- Previous experience of working within a Human resources environment
- Previous experience of working in a healthcare environment
- A commitment to Continued Professional Development.
