Import and Export Coordinator

Do you have experience dealing with Shipping, Import, Export or Transportation?    If so, we have a great permanent opportunity at a growing business based in Yeovil.  An advantage of this position is that it is Monday – Friday 9.00 – 15.00, but your salary is not pro rata.

You will be generating customer quotes for a global network and sending them to clients, which is why a basic understanding of the import or export process is needed for this role.

You will be required to ensure that everything is recorded correctly and work closely with the other teams to resolve any discrepancies.  It will also involve working closely with customers to ensure a smooth operation.

You will need to be highly organised, as you will be managing multiple quotes at one time. 

This position also offers a good development opportunity, as the role will evolve into managing all compliance as well as managing quotes.  This will mean that you would be dealing with the wider team to manage the end-to-end shipments for multiple customers and ensuring that all documentation is recorded accurately and compliant to all regulations.

Depending on your level of experience, this position will be paying between £24,000 - £28,000.
