What You’ll Be Doing: As an IT Customer Support Technician, you’ll be the first point of contact for technical support across the business, assisting employees at all levels. From troubleshooting hardware and software issues to configuring and maintaining IT systems, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our technology running efficiently.
You’ll also get hands-on experience with wider technological initiatives, contributing to strategic IT projects that add value to the business.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Proven experience in IT support or a similar role
✅ Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
✅ Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
✅ Familiarity with cloud services like Azure, Intune, and Entra AD – a big plus!
✅ Experience with cloud-based VOIP phone systems and WiFi networks (Aruba InstantON)
✅ Cybersecurity awareness
✅ Knowledge of virtualisation environments like VMware or Hyper-V
✅ Great communication skills – both face-to-face and remote support
✅ A logical, systematic approach to problem-solving
