Job Summary
As a Machine Production Operative, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and monitoring production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production processes. You will play a key role in maintaining product quality standards while adhering to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor various production machinery in line with company procedures.
- Perform machine setup, calibration, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring machinery is always well-maintained.
- Inspect products for quality and make necessary adjustments to meet production specifications.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe workplace.
- Report any issues or breakdowns to the supervisor and assist in minor repairs where needed.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate machinery and understand technical instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic mechanical skills and an aptitude for problem-solving.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet production targets.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts as required.
