Sales Support Executive Near M4 | Hybrid Working | £26,000 + Quarterly Bonus

Hybrid working (3 days in-office / up to 2 remote, post 3-month probation)

What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting experienced salespeople with quotes, sourcing, and administration
- Coordinating the workflow of sales support services to your designated sales reps
- Accurately placing orders into the internal system
- Sourcing pricing information for sales team requests
- Handling general customer queries and liaising with customer service and accounts teams
- Providing professional and friendly service via phone and email
- Supporting the wider team with ad hoc admin tasks
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- A self-starter with strong organisation and time management skills
- A professional, confident telephone manner
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- A strong team player who’s happy to pitch in and support colleagues
- Comfortable handling customer questions or complaints with care and efficiency
