Meridian Business Support are currently recruiting for a Registered Nurse Unit Manager (RGN/RMN) to lead and support our care team. It’s a priority for us to couple great care with meaningful and enjoyable experiences, all delivered with dignity, compassion and kindness.

- Act in accordance with the NMC code of professional conduct
- Coordinate the planning and implementation of care
- Manage and monitor service delivery
- Deliver hands-on person-centred care
- Maintain accurate records with our electronic care plans
- Safe administration of medication
- Assess, Plan, Implement and Evaluate care through developing individualised care plans and detailed risk assessments for residents
- Ensure Residents receive care that promotes choice, dignity and respect
- Involvement in working within a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals
- Lead and supervise a team of care workers, including undertaking supervisions & appraisals, and mentor new staff
- Complete audits in line with the governance of the Home
- Registered with the NMC and hold a valid PIN

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift

- Weekend availability
- Keighley: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
