- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Ensure that all operations comply with industry regulations and standards

- Lead, motivate, and develop the team to achieve set targets
- Manage resources to achieve the optimal balance between cost and performance
- Collaborate with other departments to align operational activities with the company's goals
- Monitor and report on operational performance
A successful Operations Manager should have:
- A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- Significant experience in managing operations in an industrial or manufacturing environment
