Due to company growth we are currently recruiting for an Electronics Repair Technician working Monday to Friday to join a well-established electronics company based in Stoke On Trent. Free parking and an early finish on a Friday are just of the perks with this family run business!
This Electronics Repair Technician role is permanent with a salary of approx £30,000 per annum depending on experience.
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm (0800-1700); Friday 8am-2pm (0800-1400)
As an Electronics Repair Technician you will be working in a small team of 5 reporting to the General Manager with responsibility for the following:

As an Electronics Repair Technician you will be working in a small team of 5 reporting to the General Manager with responsibility for the following:
- Evaluating items for repair and diagnosing faults.
- Repairing and testing the electrical devices which could include Rectifiers, Power Supplies, Inverters and Drives.
- Assist with PDU Builds, Battery Testing and Site Installations.
- Ordering of new supplies, as per repair requests.
- Creating documentation to support products.
- You should be willing to attend training courses where appropriate.
We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience working as an Electronics Repair Technician, Solderer, PCB Assembler or similar
- Electrical fault-finding diagnosis and test
- Soldering skills
- Any experience with crimping would be advantageous
- Good IT skills to record information
- Excellent communication skills to liase with customers regarding their products.
