Temporary Reward Manager – 8 Week Assignment
(Potential to Extend)

  • Pay Rate: Up to £28 per hour (dependant on experience) 
  • Start Date: Immediate Start
  • Location: Coventry (potential to work from home)

We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Reward Manager to join a leading organisation and support the pay and benefits function during a busy period. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside the Head of Pay and Benefits, with a clear focus on managing benefits administration and supporting Gender Pay Gap reporting.

Reward Manager : What You'll Be Doing:
  • Overseeing the administration of employee benefits, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all platforms.
  • Supporting the Gender Pay Gap reporting process, ensuring compliance and accurate data reporting.
  • Providing general support to the pay and benefits team, ensuring smooth operations during the assignment.
  • Liaising with third-party benefit providers and assisting with queries as needed.
Reward Manager : What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a Reward or Benefits Manager role.
  • Strong knowledge of benefits platforms and data reporting.
  • Experience or understanding of Gender Pay Gap reporting.
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to hit the ground running and support the team during a critical period.
