As a core member of our team, you’ll report directly to the MSP Director, showcasing your tenacity and passion for winning large-scale MSP/RPO talent solutions across diverse sectors. You’ll be diving into multi-site, high-volume recruitment projects, so experience in scaling recruitment solutions with the latest tech is essential to thrive in this role.

- Up to £50,000 base + uncapped bonus on new business wins
- Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
- Hybrid working with some travel to client sites and Meridian offices as needed

Sales Executive - Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Sales Calls: Reach out to potential clients, introduce our offerings, and build lasting connections
- Profit Contribution: Drive robust sales growth, consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- Tender Pipeline Development: Expand our client portfolio by strategically pursuing RPO and project-based recruitment proposals
- Tender Success: Boost our proposal win rate to 1 in 3, giving us a competitive edge in the market
- Large Account Management: Maximise client relationships, delivering outstanding service to build loyalty and long-term partnerships
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to company procedures, ensuring excellence and consistency in every client interaction
