Meridian Business Support are seeking a Scheduling Coordinator for a UK-based clinical healthcare company.

This is a Remote role with immediate start that offers:
  • £12.82per hour (£25,000pa)
  • Work from home - Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00
  • No weekend working & no commuting!

As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the nurse scheduling process, acting as the key point of communication between nursing staff, patients, and the scheduling team. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating patient visits in line with service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring nurses are fully briefed on their assigned tasks, and responding proactively to any scheduling changes.

If you have at least 1 years scheduling experience from a healthcare or service provider background. Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent organisational abilities.

Scheduling Coordinator Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate patient visits in alignment with SLAs and expectations.
  • Communicate scheduling updates clearly and efficiently to nurses and patients.
  • Provide quality assurance for Workforce Management Software (WFM) submissions.
  • Respond to and resolve scheduling queries from the nursing team and patients.
  • Monitor and distribute patient referrals, ensuring appropriate scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with clinical standards and legislative guidelines.
  • Proactively adapt to scheduling changes and resolve issues in a timely manner.
