Meridian Business Support are seeking a Scheduling Coordinator for a UK-based clinical healthcare company.
This is a Remote role with immediate start that offers:

- £12.82per hour (£25,000pa)
- Work from home - Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00
- No weekend working & no commuting!

Scheduling Coordinator Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate patient visits in alignment with SLAs and expectations.
- Communicate scheduling updates clearly and efficiently to nurses and patients.
- Provide quality assurance for Workforce Management Software (WFM) submissions.
- Respond to and resolve scheduling queries from the nursing team and patients.
- Monitor and distribute patient referrals, ensuring appropriate scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards and legislative guidelines.
- Proactively adapt to scheduling changes and resolve issues in a timely manner.
