Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol hospital premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or disorder
- Monitor and control access to hospital facilities, ensuring only authorized personnel enter secure areas
- Respond to security alerts or emergency calls, providing assistance as needed
- Work closely with hospital staff to maintain a safe and calm environment, especially in sensitive areas
- Complete reports on daily activities and incidents as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or a similar role is highly advantageous
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage sensitive situations with professionalism
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with hospital staff, visitors, and patients
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts across days, nights, and weekends
