Senior Quantity Surveyor – Main Contractor
My client are a well-established medium sized main contractor based in Preston.
They specialise in the delivery of high standard Health and education projects predominantly in the North West of England.
They undertake new build, RC Frame projects, with contract values ranging up to £10m.
They are a well-respected business with almost no staff turnover with the vast majority of their work coming from repeat business or recommendation, which is a testament to how well they operate as a company as well as the quality of service they provide.
Due to further new project wins, they are now looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
This position offers genuine progression to develop into a Commercial Manager in the future.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will have a proven track record and stable career history, with the ability to oversee up to 3 projects at any one time. This is a permanent opportunity to attain a position working on projects high quality within a company that has a family feel and a genuinely team focused environment.
