Meridian Business Support are delighted to be working with a national used car dealership to recruit for a Service Advisor at their dedicated service centre in Cannock.
Our client focuses on customer satisfaction and is known for their excellent customer service and each vehicle undergoes a rigorous inspection to ensure quality.
The company provides an extensive online platform where customers can browse various makes and models, ranging from family SUVs to luxury cars, and view detailed information such as service history, 360-degree tours, and high-resolution images.
Role Responsibilities:
Work Pattern: Monday to Friday 8am-6pm plus every other Saturday Morning 8.30am-12.30pm plus overtime available.
Opportunity to earn up to £125 a week in bonuses plus uncapped overtime.

Role Responsibilities:
- To ensure the service and after sales process is diarised correctly to ensure a streamlined and cost effective process.
- To ensure all warranty claims are administered and as a result reduce after sales costs.
- To procure parts efficiently and cost effectively within agreed budgets, ensuring all returns are dealt with in a reasonable timescale.
- To liaise with the team on rectification and service requirements, notifying the customer of issues and options as required.
- To ensure the After Sales Manager is notified for authorisation on expenditure on rectification and preparation work.
- Previous experience in a service advisor role essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience in an automotive dealership or similar setting
- Driving licence essential for this role
