We are recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator to join a global document management company based in Kettering. This is a temp to perm role working Monday to Friday 8am-5pm and an hourly rate of £13.46 per hour (approx. £28k).

As Warehouse Administrator you will be supporting the warehouse management team, where you will be front of house answering the intercom to drivers arriving onsite, dealing with visitors/ contractors and stock inventory administration. Your main duties will be include:
- Provide general administrative support to the warehouse operations team, which includes creating, maintaining and editing paperwork, documents, spreadsheets, and files
- Client inventory administration and communication – sending daily reports and responding to customer queries via email
- Primary contact on all reception duties, including phones, emails, intercom, and delivery vendors
- Assist with updating facility calendar, updates and inform managers of activity
- Guest control for visitors, suppliers & contractors ensuring they sign in and paperwork is completed
- Office supply and equipment tracking, maintenance and ordering
- Supporting onsite management team in the maintenance of H&S & compliance documentation/ auditable folders
We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following skills and experience:
- Previous administration experience in a professional environment, within warehousing and logistics would be advantageous
- Any knowledge of inventory or stock control administration is desirable although not essential
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrable attention to detail
- Confident communicator both face to face, over the phone and in writing
- Desire to be part of a rapidly expanding business
- Proficient in Microsoft packages including Excel & Word.
