Business Support Manager and Menopause Champion at Meridian Business Support

As a 54 year-old Menopausal woman, I felt the need to do a deep dive into the reasons behind my symptoms and discover ways to improve my overall wellbeing. Whilst our general practitioners do their best, their knowledge on menopause often fell short of what I truly needed. That's when I realised I had to take matters into my own hands and empower myself with knowledge. I enrolled in various courses, which had been an eye-opening experience. It has provided me with the understanding I was lacking, helping me make informed decisions about my health and future wellbeing. I discovered aspects of menopause that I should have known long ago, but somehow slipped through the cracks of conventional education and awareness. Feeling the full benefit of this new found knowledge, I realised that wanted to be able to educate others as Menopause can effect most people either directly or by knowing a loved one, colleague or friend, so I studied with the Menopause Expert Group and qualified as a Licenced Champion, I can now run CPD accredited Menopause workshops.
